We want to make the return process as simple as possible, therefore please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of this policy to you.
To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange, kindly see the following:
You must contact us within 5 calendar days from the date you received the product
The product must be unopened and in the same condition that you have received it.
The product must be in the original packaging and plastic wrap must be in seal condition.
The product received is not as per order. (E.g. Wrong product was delivered)
If the goods/products have been used, opened or damaged, there will not be any refund unless is manufacturing defect issue.

Once we have received your request, we will contact you within 1 business days for further instructions.
Please Email/WhatsApp/WeChat us the parcel tracking number, courier company once you have send out the product back to us. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products that met the above conditions, you will receive your refund or exchange within 7 days after the confirmation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will be responsible for the shipping cost if we had sent a wrong/defective product to you.
